INSTRUCTIONS
This survey collects information on innovations and innovation activities from those that directly carry innovations and those that enable innovations, Innovators and Innovation Enablers respectively.

An innovation is the introduction of a new or significantly improved product, process, organisational method, or marketing method. It must have characteristics or intended uses that are new or which provide a significant improvement over what was previously used or sold by an entity. However, an innovation can fail or take time to prove itself. And it need only be new or significantly improved for an entity; it could have been originally developed or used by other entities.

For this survey, Innovators include businesses, start-ups (formal and informal), and entrepreneurs provided they have direct products and services for the broad marketplace. Innovation Enablers are governments, government agencies, schools, investors, think-tanks, and non-profits who are not set primarily to serve broad market with products and services. Some research labs, technology hubs/accelerators and institutions can fall in either category.

TWO QUESTIONNAIRES
There are two questionnaires each for Innovators and Innovation Enablers.
